Our church sanctuary will be open tonight for a service of prayer in response to today’s tragic shooting at Central High School. Dr. Gary Mauldin and Laura Schearer, Directors of Pastoral Counseling for the Holston Conference, will be present, and counselors will be available.
Please join us at 7:00 p.m., and continue to pray for the students, faculty, and parents affected by this terrible act of violence.
Are you looking for after-school care for your teenager or know of someone who could benefit from an after-school program here at our church? Then look no further! We offer a unique program right here at FCUMC called The Net where students can come and relax, do their homework, and hang out with their friends at a safe place after school. If you are interested, there are a couple of spots available, so act fast by calling Patricia Paden at 689-5175 ext. 119.
