We’ll Miss You, Stan!
The Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC) has received the resignation of our church administrator, Stan Frazier. Stan will continue full time through the month of August and part time into September. Hired as our first church administrator four years ago, Stan has been a valuable asset to many committees and individuals in our congregation, and we are sorry to see him leave.
SPRC has begun the process of finding a new church administrator. We ask for your prayers as we fill this position on our staff.
Contemporary Worship Music Leader News
Laura Stephenson, contemporary worship music leader of the Journey service, has decided to pursue her graduate studies at the University of Southern Mississippi. SPRC has accepted her resignation effective August 3, 2008. Mark Seals has been hired as the new contemporary worship music leader. You may recognize Mark because of his recent marriage to Dee Dee Seals, our financial secretary.
We want to wish Laura God’s blessings as she furthers her education. We also welcome Mark to the staff and anticipate his contributions to the Journey worship service.
