Affirming that the mission of the church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ, Fountain City United Methodist Church is a fellowship of Christian Disciples, seeking to do God’s will through worship, study, prayer, and service. The members of Fountain City United Methodist Church envision a church in which participants find personal spiritual enrichment, opportunities for mission service, active community outreach ministries, vital ministries for people of all ages, and inspiring worship services.
Since 1825, Fountain City UMC has played an important role in the community. With 175 years of love, ministry and missions behind us, we look to the future for ways to serve God in our ever-changing world. We hope you will join us as we continue to move into the future!
